ICICI Lombard General Insurance
Cancelled policy and refund money

Respected Sir,

I have purchase a icici lombard genereal insurance product helath insurance but send a policy only accidental death cover policy. I call on 20/11, executive and talk please cancelled my policy as soon as possible.and apply cancellation application my id no is: 201107984.but every month amount debited in my (Rs10633/-every months Rs945/-)icici credit card no:44 77 47 37 29 25 6003.I call every month icici customer care department and they give me every month id no.20/11 (2011079845), 14/12 (1412071351), 9/1 (901081372), 22/1 (2201081791), 5/2 (502081901), 10/5 (80508142)... then i call on 15/3, and talking with Mr. Imran, he give me complain no : 2570905, and he say me send us credit card statement of copy and refund my money but icici lombard refund only 4430/ on april I apply for the complain please refund my RS.6203/- as soon as possible.my detail is given below.
