NO SIMILARITIY BETWEEN THE JOB PROFILE AND THE OFFER LETTER

Dear Sir,

I attended an interview with ICICI LOMBARD GIC LTD, and I cleared all the rounds. Intially they offered me some other profile but now when I have finished my training and was about to begin my work with the new employer I am shocked. They are offering me some other junior profile. The profile what they mailed me initially says that I will be handling bancassurance and retail channel with a team of junior managers and sales officers. Based on the profile I attended the interview and I cleared all the rounds. Now they are telling me to join a profile where I have to get business through agents (people who work on commission basis). I tried a lot to solve the problem, I spoke with the HR and the management on the issue but they are not at all listening to me.

Now you tell me what am I supposed to do???
