Icici lombard health insurance
Transaction by credit card

My salary account no. is 006801500762 it shows -10370.37 Rs due to non payment of credit card though I did not make any transaction ICICI Lombard Co had itself made transaction.

the company make start policy by phone only. and i don't agree than after they start two policy e of two was cancel and one is still running.

with out signature on any legal document how thay cany star my policy.

i can't get any document after the start of policy on my mailing address.

and after a year ICICI Bank block my saving account and i have now --10370.37Rs.

so kindly guide me in this matter.
