I have taken a Family Floater policy (Policy # 4063/FHR/03624377/00/000) 2 years back. The policy has to be renewed this month. I did not get any reminder for premium payment which is also acceptable. I enquired the branch and after frequent follow ups I have received demand notice only on 11-June.
My policy is due on 14-June. After receipt of demand note I was very much shocked that they have changed the complete nature of policy by dividing the policy in two groups and also increasing the premium to a very large extent.
Can the existing policy be modified?
Please help me what should i do in this circumstances.
