ICICI Lombard Insurance
Not issuing the policy document

I renewed the ICICILOMBARD policy on june 5 I paid rs 1031 for the insuracne. But I have not received the policy document from them

I called nearly many times. Whenever I ask they will it is being processed will be reaching within 5 days.

I have sent a mail they asked so many details through mail I gave all the details. After that I received the mail stating the document is sent through courier and given POS number also to track. But I have not received the policy document.

I have sent so many mails and made calls in spite of this They always say my request is being processed but no action. Till today they yet to send the document.

this is Purest form of cheating.
