complaint :- icici credit card people are demanding to pay the rest of the balance amount as my sum assured is 1- after cancellation refund to credit card is -6481. so again they are asing to pay the balance amount. so how is it possiable as the contract has been closed. and i request u to kindly cancell my credit card. and hope u will give the reply as soons as possiable.

At the same time they have to send me the mail to pay the balance amt. at the time of cancellation. so i am waiting for ur reply.
