False commitment

Dear Sir

I was admitted my wife in Lokmanya hospital chinchwad pune on 21 dec 08 . that time i was used the ICICI cashless helth card (actual ownership is ttk health care ) & requested to the hospital admistration fax all the the relevant paper to TTK health service for the approvel lettar. Hospital admistration fax all the relevent papers to the TTK health care services. But no reply to TTK health care side. afetr that i was call 5 to 10 times to the his call centre. They said TTK health care is not satisfied to your papers. they declined my request for approvel letter to bear the medical expence
