under Policy No. 3001/53187350/00/000 dt. 28/12/07
The Subject Scorpio is owned by the Company and was insured with ICICI. Unfortuantely, the vehicle met across an accident on 08th October while returning from Kolaghat to Paradip at NH-6 Banitala Check Post and the accident was reported to Uluberia PS under GD no. 567.
Incidentally even after the lapse of over 11 months - there has been no initiative from ICICI to confirm for settlement of the claim towards the repairing of the damaged vehicle.
Under the above circumstances, we hold ICICI responsible for all cost/ consequences as under –
o Cost of Repairing including Parts as per estimate
o Alternate Vehicle Rental (excluding fuel)
o Parking Fee at Service Centre from tildate
Further, we are lodging our complain with Ombudsman / other regulatory authorities and also instructing our Finance Department to move all Vehicle Policies held by ICICI to other Insurance agency.
