I bought an insurance policy from ICICI Lombard 6 months ago for my parents. Paid the amount for the premium in full without via online banking and that was it after that there was no information from ICICI Lombard. Then after a long struggle i got the form for my parents to go for a medical checkup then it just stands there. My parents both of them being old have been pleading with ICICI to give them the medical needs rightful to them after paying the money from their retirement savings but to no avail. NRI insurance buyers must be very very cautious ICICI Lombard is not to be trusted. Its a big insurance scam they run and you will never see your money or your claims refunded.

Their Toll Free Number - 1800 209 8888 will never ever ever work. Insurance scam by ICICI Lombard is done in broad daylight. Please dont lose your money by giving ICICI Lombard. Go with others for goodness sake.
