I want to cancell the Voice recorded health insurnace card payment for 3000000, insurance

they charged 7253-00Premium to my cr, card a/c.

so Please cancel the transaction because they can not provide any information about card and i dont want that health card. So that will be cancelled immediately. my Card No. 447747450905004.

That transaction is not at all valid to me.
