The insurance has been claimed without my knowledge against my credit card no. 5176377085852001
I haven't received confirmation call or any documents regarding the insurance. I have been complaining through telephone since I came to know the insurance has been claimed. Everytime I call, I'm told that it'll get cancel. Once it got cancelled, but again, the amount has been charged again. Why this tardy and untidy response? I'm frustrated. Cancel it immediately.
