Dear All,

I want to make complaint against unethicalness of ICICI lombard life insurance.

I purchased the subject policy appx 4 years back against my home loan. The policy is of 5 years. Now after 4 years I paid total home loan and applied for cancellation of policy with the hope that they will refund me the pending amount.

I applied to Pune Kothrud Branch to Mrs. Archana and asked her how much refund I will be getting. She replied that let apply 1st and the call will come from ICICI. If at that time itself I was knowing that there is no refund in the 5th year then why I would have cancelled the policy. Inspite of it is nowhere mentioned on the policy that no refund in the last year cancallation.

I want to place a legal claim on ICICI Lombard and want them to refund me my balance amount whatever it may be even a single rupee OR cancel my cancalltion application and recontinue the policy.
