ICICI Lombard Two Wheeler Policy
No Policy received, even after paid online for policy renweal

Hi, I made an online payment using my Credit Card on ICICI Lombard site on 6th november in order to renew my 2 wheeler policy # 3005/52709301/01/B00. I made the online payment and my account got debited with the amount 1263/- (bank transaction auth code is 081496), However even after repetative requests made to the ICICI lombard customer care for the same, i did not receive any policy.

They say that they have not received any payment, where as my bank cofirmed that the payment with the auth code. I don't know where did my payment go? I need help, please tell me is there any way out of this issue? The ICICI service is the worst and i don't want to do any future business with them, even i would recomend my friends to avoid ICICI Lombard.

I just need my policy or else refund of my money.
