ICICI Lombart Car Insurance
Policy paper not recvd

I have taken car insurance from icici lombart but till date i have not recvd my policy paper's. Customer service no not responding i have tried so many times & sales executive purshottam 9873573591 is not attending my call .everytime he is making new pretends. I am facing very much problem just becoz without policy paper i can not drive my car. I request you to pls help on this. My details given below
