Renaul of Policy Rejection without any clarification in written

Respacted Sir/Madam,

I Shalender Mangal Buy a Health Policy form ICICI Lumbard Genral Insurance Co. Ltd on Jul on my ICICI Bank Cradit Card. for Two Year Term, Now my policy is renaul on 29-Jul, but no one contact me, So when i call to company customer Care No-18004258885 on 30-Jul, then one of his execuitve told me that your policy can not be Renaul beacause of you claim for your Son (AARUSH), then i asked him to give me the rejection reason in written he dined to give me in written,

Sir, Please help me to resolved my issue and also i submited the claim aount of Rs-3288 on 05-Jun.but till date i have not recived the same.

My Policy No-4034/FPP/02458600/00/000.
