icici prudencial life insurance company executive called me and gave me the wrong information

about their hospital care policy

by telephonic conformation he issued policy to me without conforming the mailing address and without signed any application form from me

he block my credit card limit for thr first annuel premium

when i went to cancell the policy they told me that i dont get any refund

i complaint in there customer care thrice they told me problem will be solve in 10 days no call back from them

they even not told me the name of the agent who have issued the policy

so please beware of icici prudencial
