On 8th Apr'09 received SMS from ICICI Prudential stating that for Preclosure of Home Insurance policy.
"Payment of Rs18065.52 for your policy (09364648) has been sent to ICICI Bank Limited on07/04
vide Cheque No.151134&AWB-2758698574Express IT"
However as i didn't get the cheque on the said date approached Branch office and understand that
due to system problem by mistake the cheque got made in the name of ICICI Bank instead of undersinged.
Again Branch understood the mistake and assured me to resolve this immediately.
Today I received call from them stating that again due to system problem the cheque issuance got delayed.
I have few basic questions to ask.
Why such mistakes are happening always to me.
Who has authorised ICICI prudential to play with customers money.
Need interest charges for Rs.18065.52 from the date of 07th Apr'09 till receipt of the cheque @ 12 % interest charges.
Why such careless attidue whenever any customer asks for refund.? What will be the fate of the customers who wants to get the maturity value.
Is ICICI Prulife is controlled by some body? if Yes how you are able to survive with such lapses at your end.
