Policy no- 01585506 (life time) was lapsed due to insufficient funds as it hit the bank (icici bank) before the due date . but the under signed registered the ECS/AUTO DEBIT on 18th of every month., and it has been checked onthe due date there is a suficient funds on my account . it has been observed in past witout any information the company lapsed the policy after submit the payment.
