Product Name: Life Time Pension II

I have above mentioned policy with iciciprudential since 2005.Recently after comparing other two Life Time pension II policy holders contributing same premium amount (Rs 10, 000) I revealed that "sum Assured" figure (Rs 110000 for other two policy) is absent in my all statement. Also Policy administration charges is in higher side than others. I then mailed (14/07/08) to iciciprulife asking the rules and regulations about the policy. As I know under same policy (No other options was there) all rules and regulations should be same. I also asked to clarify the above two discrepancy immediately and inform me the rules. But till date no information/clarification received from iciciprudential. These private insurance player cheating all customers. Every policy has a complicated rules and regulation. They deliberately doing this to cheat most of the customers.
