Isued me seven new policies with incorrect information

I am a 74 yr old man. Mr.abhishek srivastava employee of Icci prudential based in varanasi issued me six new policies on the behalf of policy of my wife Mrs. Jahanavi Shah (Policy no:09031818) showing me several beneficiary effects which are not there. He also told me that it will be a one time premium policy but it is not.another employees continue calling me and ask me to get more policies done on the behalf of first policy.these people are making fool of unqualified old age man like me.
