DECEPTIVE POLICY CONDITIONS FOR SURRENDER VALUE

I had taken insurance against my home loan from ICICI PRulife. As per conditions of surrender due to repayment of loan the balance premium was to be repaid as per policy conditions. As per the conditions the S.V. was to be calculated upon payment of last instalamet. The Comapny has calculated it from the date of receipt of documents for Surrender. The bank form which the laon was availed takes time in giving the documents. (From same Group). Hence the Surrender Value should be paid ass per the terms stated. The reason for putting this complaint is that gullible invetors are not taken for a ride in future.
