Change of fund allocation without my consent

Sir,

I am policy holder of ICICI PRUDENTIAL -PREMIER LIFE . My policy number is -01088322.This policy premium (Rs.60000/-)was made by me on 11/09 through an agent (RAVI SHARMA). As per policy, the fund allocation are basis for 100% balancer fund. When I went to claim my payment on 24/09 (on due date) I was shocked to know that my POLICYwas switched OFF and ON two times without my consent (9 and 1). Now executive of company informed me that this switching was made though an ID .I informed them that i have never registered any ID with the company but no action was taken by the company to find out the person who switched the policy.

it is therefore prayed that the complaint may kindly be accepted and company may kindly be directed to pay the maturity amount as per the original policy with interest for the period from 11/09 to till today
