Non refund of amount against policy no 015019129

Dear sir,

Sub:- non refund of the amount against policy num 015019129

I had taken a policy num 015019129 from ICICI prudential life insurance on dated 14-4 but after studying the terms and conditions of the policy I decided to discontinue the policy because it does not suit to me. As per terms and conditions there was a clause that I can discontinue the policy and if the policy documents are returned back to the company within 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy, the entire amount will be returned to me without any deduction, I returned back the policy on 23-4 through speed post (receipt no SPED235367475IN) from prashant vihar post office. After that I again posted a registered letter to the company on 19-12 (receipt no 400025) as I had not received the amount but.till date no action has been taken by the company.

You are kindly requested to take action and my amount be refunded at the earliest.
