I had bought 3 family floter ICICI Pru Health Saver policy 6 months back and one of our family member got admited in the hosptital on july. pre outhorisation declaind and when applaid for claim lesser amount was approved and higher amount rejected with out reason. the amount was approved on 24th July and till today they haven't send the cheque. I had called ICICI pru health care claim center no 1800-103-6363 nearly 25 times but there no update regarding this.

I request the public while buying ICICI prodoct think 100 time and buy
