I went to meerut (U.P) office to get some information related to health claim because i couldnot understand some points related to health insurance claim . they said me every thing are mention in documents.i asked them to clear but they are not ready as well as they became excited.this sector is based on satisfaction of customer.now i divert my mind towards LIC again because i feel that they provide help to clear any thing. thanks to read.
