I am Karanbir singh, my mother is a senior citizen & NRI, sales girl in the icici bank branch (DELHI, MODEL TOWN) sold two investment plans to her. That time the market was good they suggested her to invest the money.now the problems she is facing follows.

1) NO COMMUNICATION AFTER THAT FIRST DAY.(NEITHER FROM BANK NOR FROM PRU)

(NO STATEMENT, NO CALL, NO EMAIL NOTHING NOT EVEN SINGLE IN 2 YEARS..

2) HOPELESS SYSTEM TO HANDLE SUCH ACCOUNTS FOR NRI'S & SENIORS.

3) NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE EVEN AFTER SO COMPLAINTS.

4) THE ONLY CALL WE RECIEVE IS TO COLLECT CHEQUE.
