I have Submitted These Two Policy Bonds along with Surrender Application to ICICI Pru. Bareilly Office by Courier. These Documents Received by ICICI Pru. Office by Mr. Hartoj Singh Bhasin (Customer care Officer) on 29th Aug.2009.But Now so many days have been passed but there is no any response from their side.

The bareilly branch are not giving proper information about my surrender value.

Plz look this issue.
