Non Delivery at given address

Yours is a hopeless courier service. Earlier a cover from ICICI Bank is not delivered and when tracked on line for delivery details, it showed a delivery time as 23-30 hrs on the day of receiving a sms on the mobile. Non of the numbers given in the sms are responding.

Now the above Policy is not delivered at the given address not even any sms was sent from EXPRESSit.

Any other standard courier will leave a message with phone number to contact ascertain the status.

I don't know what kind of tie up you are having with ICICI and what kind of personnel you are engaging to handle your services.
