ICICI PRU MF-POWER GROWTH
NON RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS

I B.Balasubramanyam, have taken a SIP on my wife's name for monthly investment of Rs 2000 in ICICI Pru MF - Power Growth (Ref:3958045). This investment I might have started from Aug and the amount is getting debited every month from her bank account regularly but we have neither received any original documents from your esteemed bank nor received monthly statement.

In view of this I kindly request to look into the matter and inform accordingly. I have also mailed this matter to "info@icicibank.com".
