I have purchased a drum of 20 litres plastic paint of the above company product 3 in 1 from jay kay paints & hardware store kochar market ludhiana (pb) vide bill no 3211 dt 01.10.09.When i used it then found that is substandard. I contacted the above firm but they donot want to listen me. Then i contacted sales man of ICI DULUX they rushed their representative known as Ranjit Singh Dhaliwal. He told me that paint is original one. The drum contains no DX no 23/8502 001934017.You are requested to do something immediately.
