If you can not then consumer court is the second option for me

Dear sir /mam

My self Hitesh Kumar, I had purchased ICI DULUX ACRYLIC EMULUSION COLOUR CODE -6327 DEAL from TANEJA PAINTS, EAST OF KAILASH, NEW DELHI. My problem is this that I ordered 6327 color code from the same shop but whwn I used it it was not the proper color as I ordered from them. Then I called up ur officer Mr. Sanjay Deepak for this problem then he replied that just stop yore whitewash for 15 days because fist they will check it in lab then they will solve my problem. Your dealer also accepted that he delivered wrong color shade it was not 6327. I have it in written at his own latter head. Then where Is my fault . why your company making me fool

Kindly tell me one thing that this kind of help and after sale services your company is providing. how can I stop my work for 15 days . its not a small thing for everyone. I worked outside from Delhi I took a leave from office for 2 days for this work . its costing me a lot .. leave from 2 working day means I am loosing 1500/- from my salary . your compant have a such a good name and reputation in the market but the darker side of truth is this . as I am suffering from it. I want a small help from your company and what I am getting in return .stupid solution 15 days wait. I am investing my time, money only you have good brand name . kindly help me out and give a proper reply . if you can not then consumer court is the second option for me. I hope that you will consider it as a consumer problem and will solve it as soon as possible.
