Account suspended without any prior intimation

Good day, hope you answer query. Today suddendly my account was suspended with out prior intimation. Toll free number always in accecsible.can you send me some guide line what to do now to restart the transmission as early as possible. OR this is another case of IOL where we lost our deposit also.
