PF transfer & Statement

Dear sir,

I am Nikhil Mathur, i left Icici pru on 03/07/08 and loind IDBI FORTIS life insurance. I given application for my pf transfer icici to Idbi fortis. I got a mail from Hr of Icici pru that your cheque has been sent to regional provident fund bandra office on 13th Oct. I enquiry with IDBI Fortis office he told me that we are not confirmed because we did not have your PF statement.

Till date they could not tell me that PF transferd has credited or not.

My IDBI Fortis PF account no is MH/BAN/48756/792.

I need to withdraw my PF from IDBI Fortis.

So please let me know it is tranfered or not? If not then what i have to do for transfer?
