Misguiding with thier Services

Hi friend

I m using idea service since 5 year. I day I got a call from Idea Costumer care center. They said that your no has been selected for special scheme. you can convert your prepaid service to post paid. I wanted the same thing. So one executive came to my office and collected money Rs 750/-

Now nobody is responding.
