Call details of lost mobile

Sir,

i have lost my nokia moble and sim card of idea prepaid. I have lodged complaint with local police. But the behaviour of the idea staff (district office) was very rude. I told the situation to them that the person who got my mobil is not yer removed the sim and he is having the same sim card and no.so i contacted the idea staff to provide me with the call details so that i can follow the stolen person easily. But the atitude of the staff is very bad, They are not providing me any details... Based on Information act can i proceed legally or is there any hope in approaching the consumer redressal forum.

Kindly reply, Your reply will help thousands of people having similiar problems and the arrogant attitude of the service providing company.
