Disconnection of my post paid mobile no 9837302358

I have requested to disconnect my mobile no 9837302358 on 30.1.2009 and have paid full & final payment Rs 650/- vide receipt no 8/0435053 dated 30.1.2009 at idea mobile office university road meerut.they lodged the request on their computer and told us that your connection will be disconnected by 1.2.2009.Today i.e 3.2.2009 at 4.15pm i talked to their customer care officer but he misbehaved and said that your connection will not be disconnected. It is their redtapism and they want to force me to continue their connection. It is requested that my connection may please be disconnected and i should be inform.
