I sent a message for deactivation of idea Net 20 plan at 11:30 pm on 9 feb according to their rules it should have been deactivated in their 8 working hours at around 5 pm of 10 feb. But it hasn't been deactivated. And according I will be charged Rs 20 more for next day. Due to their Techinal problems I will have to suffer, kindly do the needful
