Immediate hike in call charges

Hi,

i have taken 2 my gang connections from idea one for me and one for my wife so as talk 10 paise calling.

now they are increasing call chrages to 40 paise in peak hour and 20 paise other time and also the daily deduction from 50 paise to 1 rs.

this is simply the cheating.and also you can not change your mobile number always.

you launch a scheme with certain annoucment and you collect customers and you just increase the rate. this is becoming very common in india.

there should be protection for consumer. we only speak about consumer rights but actually if you see there is open loot by this companies.no one is behind the common man.
