Well, on a simple day, my room-mate got a call from an executive of Idea Cellular Company describing about a new user plan. My room-mate got impressed and asked the executive to send an employee of the firm to our address. He came and provided us with a receipt of payment which bears the original mark of the company and took away Rs.1200 from us. And till today we haven"t heard from them. They are not responding to the hundreds of calls we have made.

We have contacted the customer care and they told us to register a complaint in their branch which is situated in Rajouri Garden. We did accordingly but to no avail. The executives at the branch said they, too, are helpless as they have been getting complaints about the miscreants. Also, they said that if we can we should try to find out the culprits all by ourselves.

Please help us out because we can't find a way out of it. If necessary, i can provide the receipt of the company.
