Wrong information given and misbehave with me by customer care executive

Sir,

I am using idea cellular service from september and from 18th october a service idea radio activated on my no. 9812919730. Near by December I have called customer care to ask that whehter any service is activated or not on my no. then the person told me that no service is activated on your no. but yesterday on 2nd May again I notice that my Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance and when i called customer care they have told me that this service is activated on your no. form 18 october and your Rs30/month is getting deducted every month, I said that i have not send any msg or even i hvn't make any call to you to activate this service so why you have activate this scheme on my no. then he said that this is your fault... The customer care executive was trying to blame upon me that it is my mistake that a service has been actvated on my no. and after one minute he disconnect the phone without telling me. When again i call after few seconds then another person receives the call and said that Sir If you havn't send any request for this service and this is activated on your no.by mistake then your money will be refunded but you have to call us after 4 hours. Then on 3rd may again i call customer care and the person told me that your money cannot be refunded because you are using this service from Oct.2008 I told him that till today I haven't use this service a single time and I have come to know about this serivce today so who will refund my money. He said that we will not refund your money if you want to make complaint in court you can do it. Sir please help me and do some solution of this.
