One of Dirty Incident to treat by Idea Cellular... Need Action

It is in your attention that i live in KAITHAL recently in february i bought a postpaid plan in my fathers name PREM KUMAR .

THE KAMAL TELECOM, PEHWA ROAD KAITHAL dont tell me clearly about the billing procedure due to which i was dissatisfied by the plan i tok so i have given them application to deactivation but those are so shrrude that they didnt return me my security back and i have deposted all the bills please see into the matter as they are still using my no because they even took sim card back from me
