Bill sent for closed connection, & with rental amount charged for 0 rental account

I closed my account on 4th march paying all the amount i was asked to pay. Still i am being sent bill for that number. Moreover, I had a 0 rental account which i purchased on 5th march & still in the bill being sent it shows some rental amount pending.

Now the idea people say that the 0 rental plan was for 12 billing cycles, but what is propogated in the public is that the plan is for 1 year.

It means that if you purchased a 1 year plan on 19th of any month (say march) then probabaly you are purchasing the plan for 11 months & not for 1 year because if your billing cycle is from 20th to 20th of each month, then your 12 billing cycles get completed on 20th february bill date. So your plan ends on 20th feb instead of 19th march.

This is rediculous!!!
