Tariff information

There was no prior intimation regarding the change of tariff. Previously it was Spice & now it is Idea, customers are not aware of what is happening regarding tariff. It was Manipal sim there was good offer of 10 paise per call, so i had took it for 2 years validity all of a sudden call rates jumped without any information.there is no network coverage also it is very bad.

I have called customer care lot of times they just try to skip without any proper reason.

Is there any suggestion for this???
