This is Vishal i don’t understand what is your guys doing over in idea custmercare

I’m using your net plan @499/- (3 GB free) since 7/7 your idea net good but its charges @1 Paisa/1KB this add in my unbilled just think

@1 Paisa/1KB*3GB =31703.52Rs/-

Can you tell how can i manage this huge amount?

Last for one month i make so many call to your custmercare but there no one?

I request to say you that I am not Satisfy with idea customer care and services. Last few days i called up to your so many executive there is so many gentleman talk to me so roughly by toned me two or three times. And when call they were commit me to that will call me and solve my problem Now it’s really depressing to say that by Idea Cellular customer care executives (CCE) and they haven’t any answer

These are some Problem which I share with you tell me what should i do
