Removing the existing offe

Hi,

I have been availing the Idea cellular service from 2 years, the current plan details are as follows:

Monthly rental 249 (Postpaid)

local calls 600 mins free

local sms 200 mins free

Three days back I received a call from Idea customer care executive, saying that offeer is this offer is closed and you need to migrate to other offers.

and the offer details are as follows:

1) Monthly rental 349 with the same features as mentioned above.

2) Monthly rental 249 with 400 mins local call and 100 SMS.

I want to know the following things, is it possible for the companies to remove the existing offers?

This seems to be forcebly asking us to change the plan other wise they are going for termination of the service?

kindly let me know is it possible to avoid this kind of situations?
