Pathetic Customer Service

I called up for the query of my online recharge and spoke with Dharmen and he was quite rude to me and hence i asked for a supeviser and he denied for that after a lot of insisting when he finally agreed to transfer the call he disconnected it. and the i call three times and the same thing happens on all the three calls and thus i have not recived any resolution for the same as well..

P.S: i have all the three calls recorded
