Didn't got the rechagre Payment

This is in reference to the payment done for the prepaid mobile recharge for my no 919961183661 on Aug 2 of rs 222/ - but till date neither the recharge done no I received any message.

But when i checked again, the number was mistaken, i put 919661183661, the second digit went wrong, but this number actually does not exist, is there any way to get my money back to my account?
