Deduction balace amount

Sir. my name is sudhir sethi, i got a new connection from idea cellular comp just now and recharge 25-25 rupees each coupen and got amount .i never call any body but found that they deduct 50 rupees in my account. i called to c.care on 24 aug.they said they deduct this amount due to activation of sms service made by idea. but i never ask them to activate any service bymyself.my idea nomber is 9718400718

so kindly i request you help me regarding this matter and request to refund this amount with regards.
