Sir,

Reference your cust code number 10150506 and Sim No 89911493000188 27244. i have purchased mobile No 9592601346 on 25 Aug. I have also recharged Rs 60/- and balance has been credited in my account, but as and when i call then from your side says that this facilities is not available on your idea account. Please clarify this querry immeidately so that i can call some one. I am a centre government emplyee in chandigarh. my office address is HQ CWE (AF), Air Port Road, Chandigarh.
