WRONG CHARGES LEVIED MOB NO. 9911433441

Charging without reasons

I took a mobile connection no.9911433441 from IDEA CELLULAR. I never asked for any special services. Without my consent as well as knowledge, recovery of Rs.20/- per day has been made from my account for service of GPRS for a long time, which I never asked for and that I never needed. That recovery has been made without my knowledge and/or consent, thus cheating me.

All my efforts to contact them and aprise them of this unfair practice tentamounting to cheating has not borne any result. They have no intention to undo the wrong done to me. VERY BAD COMPANY.

May I request the AUTHORITIES to save the general public from this Company resorting to unethical working/charging public for services not opted/asked for.
